He is, literally, a shapeshifting master. In the game he steals the black queens ring, given that the players allowed this/didn’t see it coming, and can transform into ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN PROTOTYPED.

If Jack had stolen the ring to the Trolls session

He would literally be the master of darkness, with insane powers from monsters that have the ability to, oh I don’t know, KILL EVERYTHING WITH A THOUGHT, like GLYBGOLYB.

Lord English was no shapeshifter on his own, and needed a ‘Host’ in order to become anything.

And, He did unleash an unspeakable evil by destroying two whole universes, including the Universe with Jade in it, Who, Because he was as much Becquerel as he was Noir, He cared about very much to the point of killing his subordinate, who was the one who initially killed her in the first place.

Jack Noir is the only person who can be in Aku’s place, in this particluar setting, because Everything that he is, and everything that Aku is, Matches up.
